Practising Portfolio Development

Core concept

Building a good portfolio involves selecting your strongest and most varied pieces (not just everything you've made), organising them logically (like by theme or technique), and presenting them neatly, whether physically or digitally.

How it works

A portfolio is often used to apply for art courses, competitions, or jobs, so it should clearly show a range of skills, a personal style, and improvement over time.
